Payment Policy

1. Payment Methods: Koutour accepts payments through K-net, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, and other accepted payment methods. All transactions are processed securely.

2. Order Confirmation: Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Ensure the accuracy of your contact information to receive timely order updates.

3. Pricing: All prices are listed in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) as the main currency. Our platform allows users to display prices in different currencies; however, transactions will be charged in Kuwaiti Dinars. Please note that the displayed price may differ due to exchange rate variations, as the rate used on the site is static. Koutour reserves the right to adjust product prices as necessary.

5. Refunds: Refunds for returned items will be processed in accordance with our Return Policy.

Return Policy

  1. Returns:
    Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 Days of receiving the order. Contact our Customer Support (support@koutourkw.com) to initiate the return.
  1. Return Conditions:
    Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, undamaged, and unused.

Ensure all tags are attached, and the original packaging is included.

If your item has a Koutour security tag or brand tag, it must be returned with the tag in its original position.

We kindly ask you to be mindful when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Regrettably, returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

Flexible Returns:
To enhance your shopping experience, we offer a flexible returns policy. However, we monitor returns to maintain fairness. Please note that we reserve the right to take action, such as closing your Koutour account or limiting future orders, if your return behavior breaches our Returns Policy.

Refunds:
Refunds will be processed within 15 to 30 days after the returned items are received and inspected.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Return Process for Domestic Customers:

Important Note for International Customers:
